FAQ

  • How do I start the sales process?

Schedule your seasonal appointment with us! Find a time that works for you.

  • How do I know what is "in season"?

Generally, we purchase Spring & Summer items from February to June, and Fall & Winter items from July to January.

  • How do I decide what to bring in?

Bring your best stuff! Plan to have your items freshly washed, dried and folded. Inspect them in advance for heavy wear, stains, holes, rips or tears - leave those items at home as we won’t be able to purchase them from you. All zippers and buttons should be in working order.

  • How many items can I bring, and how often?

Plan on bringing 20-30 items for your first appointment.

Please schedule only one appointment per season. Space is limited, and we want to ensure all sellers can make an appointment.

  • How do I get paid for items I sell?

Depending on which of your items we are interested in purchasing, we will make you an offer on the spot. If you accept the offer, we’ll pay you immediately for your items. All such purchases are final.

  • What sizes of items are accepted?

We currently accept children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories in sizes Newborn to ~age 14. If/when our inventory skews towards certain sizes, we reserve the right to refuse certain age/size clothing as needed.

  • Do items have to be specific brands?

Not necessarily! We’re always on the lookout for the best quality, most unique and useful items for our customers. However, we do have a list of some of the brands we know re-sell really well. Click here to see the list!

  • Are there any items that are NEVER accepted?

Yes. We do not accept infant gear such as strollers, high chairs, car seats, etc. We do not sell kids toys, books, puzzles, etc. We will not accept underwear. We typically do not accept socks or tights unless they are brand new in their original packaging.

  • Can I drop by anytime to sell?

You can schedule one appointment each season. We want to have enough time to walk you through the process and chat with you about your items, so we do require an appointment.
